Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Sonili (the “Service”), an AI voice agent platform operated by Naima Imahou, auto-entrepreneur registered in Morocco (ICE 002503915000094), based in Benslimane, Morocco (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Sonili lets you configure an AI voice agent for your business. The agent can answer incoming calls, take messages, answer questions, and record appointment requests based on the information you provide.

Sonili is a software service. We do not sell or provide phone numbers, SIM or eSIM cards, mobile data, airtime or telecommunications services. You connect your own phone number from your own provider, and minutes purchased on Sonili are usage credits for our AI agent software.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any business you configure.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass or deceive callers, or in a way that violates telecommunications or privacy laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record or process calls.

4. Minutes and pricing

The Service is paid for with prepaid call minutes. Every new account includes a small number of free trial minutes. Additional minutes are sold in bundles at the prices shown on our website at the time of purchase, in EUR or USD. Purchased minutes are added to your account balance and are deducted as your agent handles calls. Usage figures shown in the dashboard are estimates.

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes your payment, issues your invoice, and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” during this early phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features.
